What You’ll Do:

As our Demo Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead & Inspire: Oversee in-store product demonstrations, ensuring every interaction with customers is engaging and informative.
  • Motivate Your Team: With your upbeat attitude, you’ll train, support, and motivate demo staff to create memorable moments for every customer.
  • Be Hands-On: Get involved in demos to make sure they’re lively and interactive, making every demo an event to remember.
  • Communicate with Care: Use empathy to ensure that all customers and team members feel valued and heard.

Physical & Job Requirements:

  • Standing & Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lifting & Moving: Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Vision: Good peripheral and near/far vision to keep an eye on everything.
  • Hearing & Speaking: Clear communication and active listening in a busy environment.
  • Allergen Tolerance: Comfortable working with a variety of products without allergic reactions.
  • Dexterity: Proficient in handling products and equipment with both fine and gross motor skills.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Able to work in hot, humid, and cold environments.
  • Mobility: Flexible to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move around as needed.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Safety First: Non-slip shoes are required (company does not provide).
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable Transportation: Dependable transportation is essential.
